These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the xm777 platform and all related services. By accessing the xm777 website, registering, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using xm777's services. If these Terms are published in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version will apply in the event of any conflict between the two.

This service is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the xm777 platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on xm777:

You must be at least 21 years of age ("for users aged 21 and above only").
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
The account is entirely personal — using it on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use it is prohibited.

xm777 may at any time, for any reason, request additional documents for identity verification. xm777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if documents are not provided.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on xm777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
Using a third-party payment account may result in account termination.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
Withdrawal requests may be on hold until the verification process is complete.
xm777 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

xm777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses have their own specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
Depositing ৳32,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing a bonus: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.
Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
xm777 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

Claiming the same bonus more than once on one account is prohibited.
Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
xm777 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel the bonus program at any time.

VIP Program & Cashback

The xm777 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move up each tier.

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on overall activity and usage on the platform. Cashback is calculated at set intervals and is automatically credited to your account. xm777 reserves the right to change VIP terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xm777 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of associated funds:

Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.
Registering with false or fake identity information.
Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Using software bots, automation, or any artificial means to play games or gain an advantage.
Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
Misusing bonuses or exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair profit.
Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform for an advantage and failing to notify xm777 immediately.
Fraud or collusion with other users.

Limitation of Liability

xm777 is an entertainment-focused online gaming platform. xm777 will not accept liability in the following situations:

Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
